Full Wall Overdoor Bookshelf

Date: Fall 2024

Task: Fully utilize the wall space over the entryway between the room. The main reason for the shelf was to store hundreds of books.

Challenges: The space on the left needed to be shallow, while the client wanted the space on the right to be deeper to fit their wider books.

Solution: Using my CNC machine I created a taper over in the middle to make the change of size look seamless.

Details: The client paid for a close-to-built look, which means there are some gaps around the project, but this in the end makes it more affordable.

Shaper Origin Handheld CNC
Table Saw
Rhino 3d
Clamps
Lemello Classic X
